OFFICIAL OFFER, COUPON & REWARDS PROGRAM RULES

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

Last Updated: August 31, 2026

End Date: September 30, 2026

These Official Offer, Coupon & Rewards Program Rules (“Rules”) apply to participating promotions, digital coupons, discounts, rebates, rewards, free-product offers, promotional credits and other promotional benefits made available through iconx.io, participating retailers, participating brands and their promotional partners (collectively, the “Program”).

By participating in an offer, redeeming a reward, using a participating mobile telephone number, or otherwise using the Program, you agree to these Rules and any additional terms displayed with the specific offer.

Specific offers may contain additional requirements, restrictions, expiration dates, redemption limits or redemption conditions. The terms displayed with a specific offer control if they conflict with these general Rules.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, the Program is available to individual consumers who:

  • are legal residents of the United States;
  • are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence;
  • have a valid mobile telephone number when a mobile number is required; and
  • satisfy the requirements of the applicable offer.

Offers are intended for personal and household use only and may not be used for commercial resale.

2. PARTICIPATING OFFERS

The Program may include:

  • instant discounts;
  • digital coupons;
  • manufacturer-funded offers;
  • retailer-funded offers;
  • rebates;
  • free-product offers;
  • buy-one-get-one or similar promotions;
  • loyalty rewards;
  • promotional credits;
  • digital rewards;
  • points or promotional reward units;
  • CHI or similar promotional reward balances;
  • product samples;
  • community or charitable promotional offers; and
  • other promotional benefits identified at participating retailers.

Each offer is subject to the terms displayed with that specific offer.

3. QUALIFYING PURCHASES

A qualifying purchase means the purchase of the participating product, size, variety, quantity or other item specified in the applicable offer.

Substitutions may not qualify unless expressly permitted.

The participating retailer's transaction record may be used to determine whether a qualifying purchase occurred.

Taxes, deposits, fees and other charges generally do not count toward purchase thresholds unless specifically stated.

4. REDEMPTION

Depending on the offer, shoppers may redeem by:

  • entering a mobile telephone number at checkout;
  • providing a mobile telephone number to an authorized store associate;
  • following a digital link;
  • responding to a text message;
  • scanning a QR code;
  • presenting a digital offer;
  • using a participating redemption device; or
  • completing another redemption method identified in the specific promotion.

Entering a telephone number does not guarantee that an offer will be redeemed.

The qualifying product must be included in the transaction and all applicable offer requirements must be satisfied.

A discount or reward may appear immediately on the transaction, be credited after the transaction, or be delivered separately depending on the promotion.

5. OFFER LIMITS

Each promotion is subject to the limits stated with that promotion.

An offer may specify:

  • one redemption per customer;
  • one redemption per household;
  • one redemption per mobile telephone number;
  • one redemption per transaction;
  • one redemption per qualifying item;
  • a maximum number of redemptions;
  • no limit per customer; or
  • another specified limitation.

The limitation displayed with the particular offer controls.

6. MULTIPLE COUPONS, OFFERS AND REWARDS

A shopper may have access to multiple offers or rewards at the same time.

Eligibility for multiple discounts on the same product depends on the specific offer and participating retailer.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, iconx.io does not guarantee that:

  • two or more offers may be combined;
  • an iconx.io offer may be combined with another manufacturer coupon;
  • an iconx.io offer may be combined with a retailer coupon;
  • a reward may be combined with another loyalty program;
  • multiple discounts will apply to the same unit of a product; or
  • a participating retailer's point-of-sale system will permit offer stacking.

The specific offer terms and participating retailer's redemption rules determine whether offers may be combined.

7. OFFER AVAILABILITY

Offers are available only:

  • at participating locations;
  • on participating products;
  • during the stated promotional period; and
  • while applicable promotional inventory or redemption quantities remain available.

While supplies last.

Participation may vary by retailer and location.

Not all offers are available at all participating stores.

8. EXPIRATION

Each offer expires on the date shown with that offer.

Offers must be redeemed before the applicable expiration date unless otherwise stated.

Expired offers have no promotional value and cannot be redeemed or reinstated except where required by applicable law.

9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability is controlled by participating retailers and manufacturers.

iconx.io does not guarantee that a participating product will remain in stock during an offer period.

Rain checks are not provided unless specifically stated by the participating retailer.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a product associated with a redeemed offer is returned, the retailer may deduct or reverse the value of the discount, coupon, reward or promotional benefit associated with that purchase.

A reward earned from a purchase that is later returned may also be removed, reversed or canceled.

Refunds remain subject to the participating retailer's return policy.

Promotional discounts are not refundable as cash unless required by applicable law.

11. REWARDS

Certain promotions may provide rewards rather than an immediate discount.

Rewards may include promotional credits, points, CHI, digital rewards, free-product entitlements or other promotional units.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • rewards are promotional in nature;
  • rewards are not legal tender;
  • rewards are not bank deposits;
  • rewards are not bank accounts;
  • rewards are not guaranteed to have monetary value;
  • rewards cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • rewards may only be used for eligible Program offers;
  • rewards may be subject to expiration; and
  • rewards remain subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.

Where a particular reward has separate terms, those terms also apply.

12. REWARD BALANCES

Program records will determine the official balance of promotional rewards associated with an account or mobile telephone number.

A shopper may receive, earn, redeem or use rewards through multiple participating promotions.

Reward balances may change as rewards are earned, redeemed, reversed, expired or adjusted.

If a displayed reward balance conflicts with verified Program transaction records, the verified transaction records will control, subject to applicable law.

13. NO CASH VALUE

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, coupons, promotional credits, discounts and promotional rewards:

Have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.

No cash back will be provided if the value of a promotional discount exceeds the eligible purchase price, except where required by applicable law.

14. MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER

Certain Program functions use a customer's mobile telephone number to identify available offers, rewards or redemption activity.

The shopper is responsible for providing a valid mobile number that the shopper is authorized to use.

A mobile number may be associated with Program transaction, redemption, offer and reward history.

A customer should not enter another person's mobile telephone number without authorization.

15. TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM AND MARKETING CONSENT

Where a consumer provides applicable consent, iconx.io, GFT Rewards and/or another sender identified in the applicable promotional disclosure may send text messages concerning offers, rewards, promotions and related Program information.

By providing your mobile number in connection with an SMS opt-in and taking the affirmative action described in the applicable promotional disclosure, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages at the mobile number provided from the sender identified in that disclosure.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Where the applicable in-store disclosure states that entering a mobile number constitutes the consumer's affirmative opt-in action, the consumer's act of entering that number is intended to document the consumer's consent to the messaging described in that disclosure.

16. SMS OPT-OUT

Consumers may revoke consent to receive marketing text messages at any time.

Reply:

STOP

to a participating text message to request that marketing messages from that sender stop.

Other opt-out language may also be recognized where required by applicable law or messaging rules.

A consumer may receive a one-time confirmation that the opt-out request has been processed.

After an applicable opt-out is processed, promotional marketing texts covered by that opt-out will stop unless the consumer subsequently provides new consent.

17. SMS HELP

For assistance with a participating SMS program:

Reply HELP

or use the customer-support information identified in the applicable promotion.

Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

18. TRANSACTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

Opting out of promotional marketing messages may not prevent communications that are legally considered non-marketing or that are necessary to complete a consumer-requested transaction, security action, redemption or service request, where permitted by applicable law.

19. PRIVACY

Information collected through the Program may include:

  • mobile telephone number;
  • offer activation;
  • redemption activity;
  • retailer and store;
  • participating product;
  • transaction information associated with the promotion;
  • reward activity;
  • communication preferences; and
  • other information described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

Personal information is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy.

[If your actual privacy URL is different, replace this before publishing.]

20. RETAILER TRANSACTION INFORMATION

Participating retailers may provide information necessary to validate qualifying purchases, redemptions and rewards.

The information available to iconx.io may vary depending on the retailer and technology used.

Participating retailers remain responsible for their own point-of-sale operations, pricing, inventory and store policies.

21. PRICING

The promotional amount shown is a discount from the otherwise applicable qualifying purchase price and does not necessarily represent the manufacturer's suggested retail price.

Participating retailers independently establish retail prices except where otherwise permitted by law and agreement.

Taxes are calculated according to applicable law and retailer systems.

22. BRAND AND RETAILER PARTICIPATION

Participating manufacturers, brands, distributors and retailers may sponsor or fund individual promotions.

Participation by a brand or retailer does not mean that the brand or retailer sponsors every iconx.io offer.

Brand names, trademarks, product images and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

23. PRODUCT IMAGES

Product images used in promotional materials are for identification and illustrative purposes.

Packaging, graphics, colors and product appearance may vary.

Eligibility is based on the product identified in the applicable offer and participating product information, not solely on packaging appearance.

24. PRINTING, DISPLAY AND SYSTEM ERRORS

If an offer contains an obvious printing, display, pricing, technical or configuration error, iconx.io and the applicable promotional sponsor may correct the error to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A technical or display error does not create an entitlement to a discount or reward that was not legitimately offered or earned.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights provided by applicable law.

25. TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY

Offer availability and redemption may depend upon:

  • retailer systems;
  • internet connectivity;
  • point-of-sale systems;
  • mobile networks;
  • SMS providers;
  • telephone number matching;
  • promotional databases; and
  • other technology providers.

Temporary technical failures may delay or prevent a redemption.

Where appropriate, customer support may investigate a failed redemption using available transaction records.

26. PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

The following activities are prohibited:

  • fraudulent redemption;
  • manipulation of a promotion;
  • use of unauthorized telephone numbers;
  • creation of artificial transactions;
  • duplicate redemption contrary to offer limits;
  • automated or scripted redemption attempts;
  • resale of promotional rewards;
  • unauthorized alteration of promotional materials;
  • providing false transaction information;
  • intentionally exploiting a system error;
  • using the Program for unauthorized commercial resale activity; or
  • otherwise obtaining offers or rewards through deception or abuse.

27. FRAUD AND ABUSE

iconx.io may investigate suspected fraud, abuse or manipulation.

Subject to applicable law, fraudulent or improperly obtained offers, discounts or rewards may be canceled or reversed.

Accounts, telephone numbers or participants engaged in material abuse may be restricted from future participation.

Nothing in these Rules limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

28. LOST, DISCONNECTED OR CHANGED MOBILE NUMBERS

Participants are responsible for maintaining access to the mobile telephone number associated with their Program activity.

If a telephone number is disconnected, reassigned or transferred, access to offers or rewards associated with that number may be affected.

Contact customer support if you believe your telephone number has been reassigned or reward information is associated with the wrong number.

29. TRANSFERS

Unless specifically permitted by an offer, coupons, rewards, promotional balances and redemption rights may not be sold, transferred, auctioned or exchanged for consideration.

30. TAXES

Any federal, state or local tax liability resulting from receipt or use of a reward is the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

Normal sales taxes associated with retail purchases are determined by the participating retailer and applicable law.

31. CHANGES TO INDIVIDUAL OFFERS

Individual promotions may be changed, suspended or discontinued where permitted by applicable law, including because of:

  • product availability;
  • retailer participation;
  • manufacturer participation;
  • fraud;
  • technical problems;
  • regulatory requirements; or
  • circumstances affecting the integrity or operation of the promotion.

Changes will not eliminate consumer rights already established under applicable law.

32. CHANGES TO THESE RULES

These Rules may be updated periodically.

The current version will be available at:

iconx.io/rules

The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Rules identifies the current version.

Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

33. SPECIFIC OFFER TERMS CONTROL

Every promotion may have abbreviated terms displayed on:

  • shelf signage;
  • posters;
  • product displays;
  • digital advertising;
  • SMS messages;
  • QR-code destinations;
  • retailer screens;
  • receipts; or
  • other promotional materials.

Those specific terms form part of these Rules.

If the specific offer states:

“No Limit Per Customer”

then that term applies to that particular offer even if another promotion has a different redemption limit.

Offer-specific expiration dates, qualifying products, locations, values, purchase requirements and redemption requirements control that individual promotion.

34. MATERIAL OFFER DISCLOSURES

Material restrictions applicable to a promotion may also be displayed directly with the offer.

Consumers should review both the abbreviated offer disclosure and these Official Rules.

The long-form Rules are intended to supplement, rather than replace, important disclosures appearing directly on the promotional material.

35. NO GUARANTEE OF FUTURE OFFERS

Participation in one promotion does not guarantee access to future promotions.

Offers, participating brands, retailers, products, values, reward amounts and geographic availability may change.

36. APPLICABLE LAW

The Program and these Rules are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws.

Nothing in these Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Offers made to consumers in Florida remain subject to applicable Florida consumer-protection, promotional and telephone-solicitation requirements.

37. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Questions regarding an offer, reward or redemption may be directed to:

iconx.io Support

Email: [SUPPORT EMAIL]

Website: iconx.io

When contacting support regarding a redemption, consumers should provide, where available:

  • mobile telephone number;
  • participating retailer;
  • store location;
  • transaction date;
  • participating product; and
  • receipt or transaction information.

Do not send payment-card information by email.

38. PROGRAM OPERATOR

The Program is operated by:

[FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME]

Operating as or through iconx.io

[BUSINESS ADDRESS]

Certain offers may be administered by iconx.io on behalf of participating retailers, manufacturers, brands, agencies, distributors or promotional sponsors.

The sponsor or funding party for a particular offer may be identified separately in that offer's promotional materials.
